How I approach the work

The question often changes as the software takes shape. Conversation helps us examine an idea; a working version gives us a way to challenge it.

What are we helping someone do?

In Tiny Rivals, wanting children to understand mathematics changed what we built. Critique led us from a sequence of answers to a garden they could reshape and compare.

What could we mistake for success?

I test the development process too. In one agent comparison, faster work used more resources without increasing the number of verified findings. The result did not justify expanding the approach.

What needs to hold up in use?

Building also means considering the next visit and the next change: preserving a person's work, checking the result they can see, and preparing a way to recover when a release goes wrong.
